About PropVexis

A trading journal built around the questions a prop-firm trader actually asks: how far am I from the drawdown limit, am I on track for the target, and is my edge real?

Why it exists

Most trading journals are built for traders spending their own money. Prop-firm traders are judged differently. A daily loss limit, a trailing drawdown or a minimum-days rule can end an account that was profitable. Those numbers usually live in a spreadsheet the trader keeps updating by hand, and that spreadsheet is the first thing to fall behind on a bad day.

PropVexis started as that spreadsheet's replacement for one live funded account. Its numbers were reconciled trade by trade against the trader's own records before anything else was built. The rest followed from there: R-based analytics, challenge and payout tracking, and syncing straight from the trading platform, all held to the same standard.

How we build it

  • The numbers have to be right. A journal that's off by one trade teaches the wrong lesson.
  • Least access. We ask for read-only access wherever a platform offers it. The Security page explains what we store.
  • No invented proof. You won't find made-up testimonials or user counts on this site.
