Terms of Service

The rules for using PropVexis. The parts that matter most to traders come first.

1. Who you're agreeing with

These terms are an agreement between you and Anish Shejawale, a sole proprietor based in Bengaluru, Karnataka 560078, India, who operates PropVexis (“we”, “us”). They cover the website and the app at app.propvexis.com, together “the service”. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Not investment advice

PropVexis is a journal and analytics tool. It does not give financial advice. We are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. Nothing in the service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument, or to take any trade. That includes statistics, R-multiples, insights, reports and anything else it shows. Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of loss, and every decision is yours.

3. Prop-firm figures are informational

PropVexis calculates drawdown, profit targets, trading days and payout progress from your synced data and the rules you configure. These figures can differ from your firm's. Synced data can be up to a few hours old. A firm may also measure a rule differently, or change it without telling us. Your prop firm's own dashboard is always authoritative. We are not responsible for a failed challenge, a breached account or a refused payout, whatever the service showed.

4. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
  • Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • Tell us straight away at security@propvexis.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

5. Connecting broker accounts

  • When you connect an account, you authorise us to sign in to it in order to read your trade history and balance. We never place, modify or close trades.
  • You confirm that you are entitled to give us that access.
  • You're responsible for following your broker's and your prop firm's terms. If either one prohibits third-party access to the account, don't connect it.
  • Some platforms, such as TradeLocker, offer no read-only password. We tell you this before you connect, and you accept that the password you give us could also be used to trade, even though we only ever use it to read.

6. Your data

Your trades, notes and journal are yours. You give us the permission we need to store and process them to run the service for you, and nothing more. You can export your reports, and you can have everything deleted (see the Privacy Policy).

7. Acceptable use

Don't:

  • use the service for anything unlawful, or to store data you have no right to;
  • try to access other users' data, or probe, scan or break our security, except under the responsible-disclosure terms on our Security page;
  • overload the service, scrape it, or reverse-engineer it;
  • resell or rent the service, or share an account between people.

8. Early access and fees

PropVexis is free during early access. We will announce pricing before billing starts, and we will never charge you unless you choose a paid plan. Features may be added, changed or removed during early access. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for how cancellations and refunds will work.

9. Availability

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that synced data will be complete or current. Brokers and platforms can change or block their APIs at any time.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. That includes trading losses, lost profits, failed challenges, lost payouts and lost data. Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and (b) ₹1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

12. Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because you misused the service, or connected an account you had no right to connect, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

14. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we'll email you before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.
